Facepaint, glitter, party streamers and confetti kill soft play equitment. Please if you are planning on having any of these at your event do not hire soft play equiptment.

We are based in Whangarei but service from Kaitaia to Welsford and everywhere in between.
Hireage is generally for four hours, if you would like to extend the hire time please note that in the booking request. The four hours of hire does not include the time it takes the team to set up or pack up and this service is included in the pricing.
We require that the soft play be packed up no later then 5pm. Should you require the equipment later please be aware that we do charge an after hours fee.
Soft play is focused at an age group of five an under. If your event is focused on older children please let us know prior to booking as some items are more suitable then others.
Northland Event Co do allow outdoor events on the conditions that; there is a back up plan encase unfavourable weather is predicted, there is relevant shade, the venue is not a high wind zone risk, the ground/surface where the equipment is to be placed is dry, level, free of any animal waste and has a clear path to and from the trailer route.
Northland Event Co reserve the right to refuse outdoor venues on the event day due to unfavourable weather or if the terms conditions as mentioned above are not met. We will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible to prompt your venue chance.
We will communicate with you a mutally suitable time prior to the date of the event for drop off and pick up.
Drop off will usually take place at least an hour before your event start time. Pack up will usually take place within an hour of the event finish time.
Should we arrive at the communicated time and the path to and/or the delivery area not clean and clear then delivery of the equiptment will not take place and the booking total will be forfeited.
Cancellation terms apply once a booking has been accepted, either verbally or in writing, and take preference over any such terms in client’s standard terms. If the party is cancelled, then the deposit of 50% will be forfeited. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will incur the total cost of the booking.
We understand that in some circumstances you may need to postpone your event. If the event is needing to be postponed, we will offer to rebook you at a mutually suitable date however, we do not accept responsibility if future available dates are not suited to you. Events may be postponed up to 14 days prior to the event with no added cost and the total paid transferred to another date. Events postponed within 14 days of the event will incur a 50% rescheduling fee.
